Highland Park is holding one last community market for 2022. The community market is an opportunity for local artisans to showcase their handmade goods and connect with community members.
Highland Park Community Association's mission is to provide a gathering space and forum for social, educational and recreational opportunities for residents of all ages in our neighbourhood and surrounding communities.
The event will be held indoors at the Highland Park Community Centre.
Here are some of the attending Vendors:
Alphonse - Birdhouses from salvaged wood.
Meagan Kelln and Bill Aitken - stone carvings and handcrafted wind chimes.
Chance Bellegarde - redman customs, Woodwork, Jewelry, Apparel, Artistry
Peter Snowdon - Vending paintings and collages.
Carol Alley - Will be selling an assortment of handknit items for all ages including toys and household items
Linda Powell - Vending handmade glass and metal lanterns
The community market is a collaborative effort of the City of Calgary and Highland Park Community Association, funded by a Neighbourhood Grant.
